My work practice is varied and includes Textiles, Contemporary Basketry, Installations, Sculpture, Set Design and Puppetry. Connecting with the community is an important aspect of my art practice and has given me the opportunity to work on and coordinate an array of community based Art Projects combining visual art, drama, music and film. I work mainly with natural, recycled and found materials and use a combination of traditional and contemporary weaving, textile and construction techniques to produce my work .

My educational background includes a Master of Contemporary Art from the University of Tasmania and a Master of Teaching completed at Monash University in 2018. I have coordinated projects for and have been commissioned by many leading national and international arts organisations including Opera Queensland, Crossroad Arts, Sun Theatre, Queensland Music Festival, Perc Tucker Gallery, The Song Room, Flying Arts, Edinburgh Festival, Scottish Arts Council, Glastonbury Festival, Arts Qld, Arts Victoria, Noosa Regional Gallery, Mackay Festival of Arts, The Sydney Opera House and the National Museum of Australia in Canberra.

I currently work as an Arts Development Officer with the Mackay Regional Council, and as the regional Arts Officer for CQRASN ( Central Queensland Regional Arts Support Network).
