Mackay Art Society is a not-for-profit organisation established to practice the fine art of painting. Members meet on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 9am and 3pm and Wednesday nights 5pm to 8pm.

Our Objectives are:
a. To promote, foster and practice the fine art of painting, and kindred arts at such times as the Association may see fit to do so.
b. To promote public awareness, knowledge and appreciation of art.
c. To provide opportunity for the practice and presentation of art.
d. To pursue a standard of excellence in respect of all objects and activities of the Association.
